I think for a founder/CEO at new rising startups, to find someone like this requires a tremendous a hunt for someone who truly resonates with the idea and impact, the product is about to bring. As such a person is required is required to put his/her sole heart in building the product.
But sadly! Nobody wants "creme de la creme"; mostly, because they feel threatened by onboarding someone who performs better than themselves, or, less likely, they couldn't recognise it even if they need one.
Just ask yourself whether you would hire a COO who performs 100x better than you, Mr CEO?
To hire a 100x engineer, the interviewers should be at least 200x engineers to feel secure.
But I really hope you guys are the exception and hire someone better skilled in the skills you boast.
Totally agreed! Exceptional engineering is not about coding alone; it is about the capability to be pragmatic and make engineering decisions that are aligned with the business's needs and goals.
100x Engineer = Software Eng. + Product Manager + Businees Analyst + Dev Advocate + Customer Success Rep.

Any advice for anyone starting programming in web...with the knowledge of only the basics of programming?
